All orders are packaged with care &
shipped from the Unites States via USPS.
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the order weight and travel distance.
Options will be available to review after an address in input at checkout.
USPS First Class: 3-5 business days
USPS Priority Express: 2 business days
*Once a package has left my hands and been given to USPS,
I am not able to provide additional information other than the tracking number.
We are only able to change an order's shipping address if the shipping label has not been printed.
Once the label has been printed and the automated shipping confirmation email has been sent, we cannot reroute the order.
Customer is responsible for reshipment fees.
ORDER STUCK "IN TRANSIT"
Please wait at least 4 weeks for stuck packages before contacting us.
It can be frustrating when this happens.
Packages can get stuck in transit but usually end up working their way back into the system.
This issue is more likely during the busy holiday season.
If this happens, please be patient and wait to see if your order shows up.
If it has been longer than 4 weeks without delivery, please contact us and we will be happy to help you.
ORDER DAMAGED OR INCORRECT
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please do the following:
1. Take at least one photo of the items you received.
If damaged, take photos of the damaged items and the exterior of the mailer.
Please make sure photos are well lit so we can properly assess the situation.
2. Send the photos, full name, order number and description of the issue to email@example.com.
We respond to emails Mon-Fri during business hours & will get back to you as soon as possible!
