When can I expect my order to arrive?
Domestic Orders (US)
In-House Items:
✦ Orders go out every Tuesday
✦ USPS mail takes about 3-7 business days

Drop-Shipped Items:
✦ Fulfillment is about 2-7 business days
✦ Shipping is about 6-10 business days

Orders including both in-house and drop-shipped items will be charged shipping for both types and they will be mailed separately. Tracking numbers will be provided for both packages and will have different processing and delivery estimates.
Please keep this in mind when ordering.

Individual item descriptions will indicate whether an item is drop-shipped.

Tracking is delayed or package is lost?
Once your package has been sent out, I am no longer responsible for it. I will do my best to work with you to find a solution.
Please allow at least an additional 5 business days to shipping during the holidays.
Typically items that seem lost do end up arriving.

Do you accept orders from outside of the US?
I currently do not ship internationally, but if you are interested in placing an order outside of the US, send me a message and we can work something out!

What's your return and exchange policy?
Returns and exchanges are not accepted. If there is an issue with your order, please contact me and we can find a solution.

Unfortunately, I'm not currently taking commissions.
